Visitors

• Visit counts. Your browser makes a random id for each visit (a new one after 30 minutes away) and sends it while the page is open, so the counts at the top of the page count each visit once. It isn't linked to your name, IP address or anything else about you.
• Logo clicks and limits. When you click a logo, we count the visit for its owner, once per visitor per hour. To do that, and to stop people flooding purchases or games, the server keeps IP addresses briefly in its memory. They aren't saved.
• The boat game. The name you type is shown to the other players and kept only while the game is on. Your browser remembers the game for that tab so you can rejoin it.
• Visit stats. To see which countries visitors come from and how they found the site, its pages run Umami, an open-source stats tool on our own server. It records the page, the site that linked you here, your country and region, and your browser and type of device, without cookies. Your IP address is used only to look up the country and isn't saved.
• No advertising or third parties. There are no advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google, Meta or anyone else.

Buyers

• Your listing. The name, link, type, description and logo you send are public: they're shown on the globe for everyone to see. Uploaded logos are re-saved, which removes any hidden information in the file (like location or camera details).
• Payments. Dodo Payments runs the checkout and collects your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy. We receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded; we never see your card number.

Who else handles data

Our hosting and network providers process requests (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Dodo Payments processes payments and refunds. Nobody else gets your data, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Listings are kept while they're on the map and afterwards for our payment and refund records. Visit ids and game names aren't tied to you and aren't kept beyond what's described above.

Your choices

Clearing your browser's data for this site removes its visit id. To change or remove your listing, or ask what we hold about you, message @vkc.ai on Instagram.

Children

The site isn't meant for buyers under 18. Anyone can play the boat game.
